What most people don't know is the seafood they're eating is coming from some farm in Asia, and they're being fed food that's not meant for consumption. And you could buy instead from a local fisherman that is only fishing sustainable fish and local to the area. So, it'll be healthier, fresher, and taste better. And I buy it from Rodney at the Matthews Farmers Market every Saturday.
